About PFP

Positivity Fuels Performance is not just a name, it's a philosophy.

At PFP, we believe that a positive mindset fuels a positive performance.

Even on a tough day, when you focus on keeping your head held high and spreading positive vibes, joy conquers pain.

No matter how fast you are moving, being a positive force, on the race course and in life, improves everyone’s day.

Positivity is not blissful ignorance. It is also not unconditional happiness. Positivity is acknowledging that things are hard and not everybody is perfect, but choosing to see the bright side and believe in one’s self and others.

Positivity is not just a strategy, it's the goal.

My Story

While I started doing triathlons and other endurance sports events in 2021, my love for endurance stretches back to elementary school. At the time, you’d find me waking up early before school to run, training to complete 2 miles in under 16 minutes so that I could qualify for the black belt I had been working towards since I was 3.

Physically, endurance sports did not come naturally to me. However, the mental toughness and determination involved allured me.

Through the years, I’ve committed to learning all there is to know about training theory, recovery, and performance optimization.

Through coaching, I aim to share everything I know and the new things I learn to help others see that their potential is only as high as they can believe.
